Work From Home – No Experience Needed 

Become a Real Estate Consultant and locate vacant and pre-foreclosure properties for us to purchase. You do not need any experience and you can work part-time from home. You will also be working with our “Small Business Financing” program.  We provide all the tools you will need to be a successful Consultant.
You will  never need to locate a buyer, use your own money or credit for any deals you brings us.  The role of the Consultant is to locate the Distressed Properties, speak to the owners, take pictures, and complete very simple paperwork. That’s it!  We can close in 7 to 10 days. 

Residential Properties: you will have the choice of earning either $2,500 on the first closing or wait for the rehab and resell.  You will then earn 25% of the profits. You could earn a minimum of $5k to $10k per deal.  You will have the choice on each deal you complete.

Training

All the training is conducting over the phone and interactive through our training site and lead provider.  This training is one-on-one and will go in training phases.  We do not conduct webinars or will have several individuals training at the same time. We believe that everyone learns and a different pace and we want to give you the attention so we know you understand the process.  This training will take about two hours, We will cover Leads, Marketing, Speaking with the Owners and paperwork.

Once your have completed the training you will have everything you need to get started.  Your second phase of training will go into effect when you have a client to work with, whether it is with a Residential, and Business Financing.  From that point on, your training will be hands-on and a step by step process through the entire transactions.
